I found this wonderful little sketch whilst perusing one of my favourite blogs Speak like an Anglo-Saxon and I've unashamedly lifted it wholesale!
As someone who gets a lot of headaches and drinks a lot of coffee and loves all things Anglo-Saxon it really struck a chord!

Coffee cures many ills, including that sleep-deprived-headachey feeling that last all day long.
But you're an Anglo-Saxon so it doesn't exist for you.
Instead you'll have to look sad and whimper:

I suffer with a headache
