August 1st is Yorkshire Day, a day to celebrate this beautiful county. We are very fortunate to live only a couple of miles from the Yorkshire border and regularly explore the beauties of the Dales, beyond Kirkby Lonsdale.
Today, we are meeting friends at Rind, near Settle, one of our favourite restaurants, with stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales and limestone hills. Tomorrow we are popping to Ingleton, for the bi-annual bookfair.
So, unintentionally, we are celebrating Yorkshire Day with delicious food and books!
