At the weekend I was reading the latest novel by one of my favourite authors: Jeanne M Dams. Dams is an American Anglophile who sets most of her novels in beautiful parts of the UK.
Her latest novel: Terror on the Train is set in the USA and Vancouver Island, and is a really good read. However, I was most interested in the American and Canadian details including a refernence to Breakfast Casserole. I have never heard of Breakfast Casserole so quickly looked it up, and made it for brunch on Sunday. It was delicious and we will be having it again quite soon.
