I always associate Christina Rossetti with serious and often, deeply religious poetry. So, it's good to discover that she had a lighthearted side, especially in her writing for children.
In her book of poems for children, Sing-Song, Christina Rossetti included a little poem for Shrove Tuesday, Mix a Pancake, which appeared with an illustration by Arthur Hughes.
