After a very enjoyable few hours at Pot Fest, we stopped at Rheged for some coffee and a visit to the latest exhibition: The Brilliance of Birds.
This was a fascinating exhibition, using paintings, books, photographs, prints and so much more to explore the wonder of birds in the natural world.
I was particularly enchanted by the collection of Ladybird books and children's books with bird themes.
This was a really lovely exhibition and I'm sure we'll return before it finishes.
